Public sector employment accounts for approximately 20% of total employment across OECD countries. For many countries, employment in this area has been falling, due to budgetary constraints and organisations are being tasked with doing more with less.
In this paper we explore ways that public sector organisations can meet current challenges, by utilising the latest in workforce management technology, to manage and sustain a productive, cost-effective and happy workforce.
